Right up to the commencement of the conference Jude played a huge hands on role in assisting me. Even to the point of being out at the Domestic airport at 7am to ensure everyone arrived and were on their allocated buses. She kept in touch with me when there were late arrivals and thanks to her quick thinking managed to get everyone into Auckland CBD by the allotted time. I could not have managed this without her. She also did the same on the morning of departure she was at the hotel very early, arranging wake-up calls for the attendees to be in the lobby to get their transport back to the airport.

Jude was always very conscious of my budget the entire time and found ways to keep costs to a minimum without jeopardising the theme and message we wanted everyone to take away with them when they left.

Other colleagues of mine have used Jude’s services and found her always very approachable and willing to assist in any way she can. Her knowledge of venues is huge and also knew who to contact with regard to a certain activity we were interested in having. She played a huge part in making the conference a success.

Jude gave me venue recommendations, took care of booking arrangements for activities, organised gifts and was just fantastic help in general. I had spent probably a full day searching on the Internet for a venue with not much luck, and Jude came up with some completely different options within 24 hours. Also, I had a family bereavement a week out from our conference (and in the heat of planning!), and she was just wonderful support and took care of everything for me while I was off.

Jude is based in Auckland but has great, personal knowledge of venues all over New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific – and best of all her service is free
